Data provided to Amethyst is disclosed under the power of the Crime & Disorder Act, Section 115.

Every effort has been made to give full, accurate and up to date information on these pages. However, no responsibility can be accepted for any inaccuracies or omissions. Data provided to Amethyst not containing addressable information at the level the data set is to be displayed will not be included.

Amethyst complies with the data protection act. Only anonymous and aggregated data is available from the Amethyst hub and is shared under the guidance of a strict partnership protocol. Postcode point level data indicates the geographic centre of the relative post code area, except where low numbers of households make this unacceptable, and do not set out to imply any connection to any premises covered beneath any point.

If there is any uncertainty in the interpretation of any data you are advised to contact the data supplier direct, whose details can be found within the metadata records of each data set.
